our second visit to Quebec. WQe decided to spend the three days sightseeing by ourselves. We found a delightful coffee shop we made out base, a shor walk from the main square
1 from the quayside - Chateau Frontenac on the left, a former railway hotel. You can just make out the funicular between the lower and upper town.
2 the footpath up the the Plains of Abraham, we walked up that footpath on our third day in Quebec, its steeper than it looks. The slope is the toboggan run
