Week 2 - Cottage in Penwartha Combe, Cornwall

Some pictures of the cottage we stayed in.

Exploring Perranporth, our nearest beach and Sue has a paddle.

 

We explored Bedruthan Steps and Padstow on Monday

We visited Truro to look at a new camera for Tony on our way to the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project.

We had a lazy morning walking around the locality before setting off for Newlyn (including its Pilchard Factory) and the Minack Theatre to see Les Enfants du Paradis!!

 

Another morning exploring the local green lanes and an afternoon looking, to no avail, for a picturesque old Mine working at St.Agnes' Head

On our last day in Cornwall, we visited some interesting mining sites and ended off with a better look in Truro.

To avoid the traffic we travelled to Halsway via the North Coat,stopping at Bude for lunch and crossing Exmoor.
